3 of My Favorite Free Manifestation Methods

In this week’s Bright Life Podcast episode, I share 3 of my all-time favorite (free!) manifestation methods.

The FIRST TIME I used these… I was 25 and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I just knew that I had a dream to move to New York City, and a hunch that I should do everything in my power to combine my ACTIONS with the FEELING of what it would be like to walk down Manhattan streets.

The SECOND TIME I used these… I was 27, fresh off a heartbreak, just knowing that I believed something better was coming. I began shifting my attention to the way I WANTED to feel—partly because it felt a lot better than how I felt—and I was surprised to see my life and relationships start to shift around me.

SINCE THEN… I’ve used these practices for all kinds of dreams in business, finances, and even finding my dream home abroad, where I’m writing to you now. 💛 I believe that the more you FEEL into what it will be like to have your dream, the more empowered you are to take ACTION, and the more you train your brain to FILTER for the opportunities that make your dream possible.

3 Simple but Effective Methods

Here are three ways to manifest that you can start using today:

1. Change Your Passwords to Reflect Your Dreams

This is one of the easiest manifestation hacks you can try. Throughout the day, you likely type your passwords dozens of times—whether logging into your computer, email, bank accounts, or other platforms. By changing your passwords to reflect your current dream, you’re sending subtle but powerful reminders to your brain about your goal.

For example, if you’re manifesting a new home, you might change your password to something related to that dream. If it’s a financial goal, you could incorporate the amount you’re aiming for. If it’s a health goal, your password could reflect your progress or aspiration. These little reminders throughout your day help keep your dream front and center in your mind, and over time, that constant reinforcement creates a sense of excitement and possibility.

Every time you type that password, focus on the feeling of excitement that your dream is already on its way to you. This shifts your mindset and keeps your energy aligned with your goal, even in something as simple as logging in to your computer.

2. Create a Playlist for Your Dream

Music has a way of amplifying emotions, and you can use it as a powerful tool to support your manifestations. When I was manifesting my dream job in New York City, I made a playlist of songs that made me feel like I was already living there. I played those songs every day during my commute, and I truly believe it shifted something within me.

You can do the same with any dream you’re working on. If you’re manifesting a loving relationship, create a playlist of songs that make you feel the way you want to feel in love—hopeful, happy, and excited. If you’re working on a fitness goal, make a playlist that energizes you and makes you feel strong and confident. If it’s a business goal, listen to songs that make you feel empowered, successful, and capable.

The key is to choose songs that put you in the emotional state you want to be in once your dream is realized. That way, every time you listen, you’re reinforcing those feelings and aligning your energy with your desires.

3. Surround Yourself with Visual Reminders

Another free and fun way to manifest is by surrounding yourself with visual reminders of your dream. This could be as simple as setting a wallpaper on your phone or computer that represents your goal, creating a vision board with photos and affirmations, or putting up pictures around your home that reflect your desires.

For example, if you’re manifesting a dream vacation or a new home, find photos that evoke that vision and place them where you’ll see them daily. These visuals help keep your dream top of mind and create positive feelings every time you see them.

You could even create a digital vision board using a platform like Canva, or go old-school with magazine cutouts. The point is to immerse yourself in the visual energy of your dream, helping you stay aligned and excited as you work toward it.

These three techniques—changing your passwords, creating a playlist, and using visual reminders—are easy, free, and fun ways to start putting yourself in the energy of your dreams. The more you can shift into the feeling that your dreams are on their way, the more likely you are to take actions that bring them closer.

It’s about creating a domino effect: shifting your mindset shifts your emotions, which in turn affects your actions and, ultimately, the results you get. And while you can’t always control every part of the process, you can certainly control your own energy and openness to receiving what you desire.

Try these techniques out, have fun with them, and remember—your dreams are on their way. If you keep going, it’s just a matter of time before they catch up to your reality. ✨
